Notification to all exporters of goods and merchandise that, in the case of a devalued currency, the import duty will be calculated and levied on the invoice value less the precise amount of increase in value due to depreciation of currency at the date of the invoice. No reduction in duties will be allowed unless the invoices are accompanied by a certificate under the seal and signature of the addressee.
