Committee on Tourism and Culture, whose scope shall be those programs relating to tourism and culture, including the Hawaii Convention Center, Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, and the Hawaii Tourism Authority as well as programs encouraging the expression of Hawaii's multicultural heritage and development of all avenues of artistic endeavor. The committee shall also consider those programs relating to the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts.
